1,100+ Truck Drivers
Mobilised.

2020–2023. Preparation and mobilisation of more than 1,100 professional truck drivers for logistics companies in Poland and Lithuania.

Scope

Between 2020 and 2023, EMPTEAM prepared and mobilised more than 1,100 professional truck drivers for logistics companies operating in Poland and Lithuania.

The project ran continuously across the four-year window — a sustained operational programme, not a one-off cohort.

Process

For every driver, the operation ran through six stages:

  • Sourcing — candidate identification across multiple source markets
  • Screening — qualifications, medical, licence verification
  • Interviews — competency interviews and employer-fit assessment
  • Documentation — visas, work permits, embassy coordination
  • Onboarding — pre-departure orientation and briefing
  • Mobilisation — relocation logistics, arrival support, integration

Scale

This is one of the strongest operational credibility pieces in EMPTEAM's history — the kind of sustained workforce mobilisation that requires deep partnerships on both source and destination sides.
